Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of ArenaSnap, a digital disposable camera platform for events operated by VIN7 Tecnologia e Negócios LTDA. ("ArenaSnap", "we", "us"). The binding version of these Terms is written in Portuguese. This English translation is provided for convenience only.

By creating an account, accessing the platform as a guest, or using any ArenaSnap feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Effective date: May 1, 2026.

ProducerA registered user who creates and manages an event on ArenaSnap.

GuestA person who accesses the camera, live screen, or album via the event link, without creating an account.

EventA virtual space created by the Producer where Guests can capture and share photos and videos.

CaptureAny photo or video submitted to an Event by a Guest.

PlatformThe ArenaSnap web application and all associated services.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Producer account.

Your credentials are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not create accounts using false information.

You must keep your contact email up to date so we can reach you for service-related communications.

Producers can create events with a PWA camera, live screen, and post-event album. Privacy settings (public or private event) and content moderation preferences are the Producer's responsibility.

Producers must ensure that their guests are aware that photos and videos will be captured and shared within the event platform.

Guests retain ownership of the photos they take. By submitting a photo, the Guest grants ArenaSnap and the Producer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute the content within the scope of the event.

You may not submit content that: (a) violates the rights of third parties; (b) is obscene, illegal, or defamatory; (c) contains nudity, violence, or any content inappropriate for the event audience.

ArenaSnap uses AI (AWS Rekognition) to automatically moderate inappropriate content. Producers may also review and remove content from their event panel.

Plans are charged per event or monthly, depending on the option selected at purchase.

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 7 days of purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Payment data is processed directly by Asaas (domestic payments) and Stripe (international payments). ArenaSnap does not store card data.

You may not: (a) use ArenaSnap for illegal purposes; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform; (c) overload the platform with automated requests; (d) resell access without written authorization; (e) submit NSFW content or any content involving minors in an inappropriate manner.

ArenaSnap, its brand, interface, code, and materials are the exclusive property of VIN7 Tecnologia e Negócios LTDA., protected by Brazilian and international intellectual property laws. No element may be reproduced without written authorization.

ArenaSnap is provided "as is". We are not responsible for: loss of data due to force majeure; user connectivity failures; content submitted by third parties; or indirect losses resulting from the use of the service.

Our total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ArenaSnap may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice in serious cases. Producers may close their account at any time from the dashboard.

Upon termination, event data is retained for 30 days to allow for data export, after which it is permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email with 15 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms.
